Education

Mr. Guenard graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with his J.D., in 1986. He received an M.A. in History from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1982. Mr. Guenard graduated from Bridgewater State College with a B.A. in History in 1979.

Legal Experience

Mr. Guenard is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Guenard & Bozarth LLP.  Mr. Guenard has been a trial lawyer representing injured people for over 22 years. He currently concentrates on various types of personal injury cases representing plaintiffs. His practice includes negligence, intentional torts, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, elder abuse, and medical and legal malpractice cases.
